Join Orleans County Master Food Preserver volunteers in this fun and educational workshop series!

Intro to Canning: Wednesday,April28,6-8pm,Free! Learn the basics of how to get started canning at home.

Thai Curry Sauce: Saturday June 12, 12-3pm, $15.  Learn how to make a delicious Thai curry dish in this hands-on class. 

Preserving Beans: Wednesday, Sept 22, 6-9pm, $5.  Learn various methods of preserving beans, an excellent source of protein.

Cidermaking: Saturday,October2,12-3pm,$5. Online Zoom class.  Learn how to make your own cider at home.

BreadMaking: Wednesday October 27, 6-9pm $15.  This class will teach how to make different types of delicious breads.

International Pasta - Filled Pasta: Monday, Nov 8, 6-8pm, $15.  Learn about different filled pastas from around the globe and how to make them yourself.

InternationalPasta-Dumplings: Monday, Nov 22, 6-8pm,$15.  Learn what dumplings are important to different cultures around the world and how to make them at home!
