Master Food Preserver Training

Learn the scientific basis of home food preservation!  Participants will learn about various food preservation methods and create preserved products to take home,  Course fee includes all materials, lunch each day and a 300 page Master Food Preserver Manual.  Classes are 8:30-4:30 each day.  Completion of the training course is the first step to becoming a Master Food Preserver with Cornell Cooperative Extension!
