Stone Soup Nutrition Classes

Our next cohort starts January 25th, 2024 at the Hoag Library in Albion.

Stone Soup is a program of Orleans County Community Action, Orleans County CCE, and SNAP-Ed NY. 

Participants will learn healthy eating, cooking, and shopping skills over a seven-week course. For each Stone Soup class, our educator, Sarah, will be doing a food demonstration and giving out samples of what she cooks. The meals prepared are all healthy and delicious!

In the final class, you will be cooking your own meal in class with equipment and ingredients that we provide and will be sent home with a kitchen set: Hot-Plate, Instapot, pots, pans, etc.

January 2024 classes run every Thursday from 10:30 - Noon from 1/25 to 3/7 at the Hoag Albion Library. Sign up today! Spots fill up very quickly.
