Frosty Fun Day

Educational and fun event for Orleans County 4-H Horse Program Youth.

2025 event is in the Ed Center on the 4-H Fairgrounds.  Come and learn about the NYS 4-H Model Horse Program and the importance of fair paperwork including what state vets are looking for on your horse's coggins and rabies certificates.
