Intro to Canning and Review:Weds, April 26, 6-8pm, FREE. Informational class detailing equipment, resources, tips and tricks to get started canning!
Berry Jam:Weds, May 24, 6-8pm $15. Hands-on class showing participants how to make jam using a Boiling Water Bath canner.
Sausage and Mustard:Weds, June 28, 6-9pm, $15. Hands-on class teaching participants how to make their own sausage and ground mustard.
Sauerkraut:Weds, August 23, 6-8pm, $20. Hands-on class teaching how to make naturally fermented sauerkraut. All participants will receive a take-home mason jar fermentation kit.
Salsa:Weds, August 30, 6-9pm $15. Hands-on class leading participants through the steps of making and canning salsa.
Pressure Canning:Weds, Sept 20, 6-9pm $15. Hands-on class teaching participants how to safely use a pressure canner.
Loveable Leftovers:Weds, Oct 4, 6-9pm $15. Learn how to remake leftovers into a brand-new meal by adding simple ingredients.
