Members of Orleans County CCE programs, and guests are invited.

December 6, Maison Albion 13800 W County House Rd, Albion, NY 14411

Social Hour @ 6:00, Dinner @ 6:30, followed by program and elections of new board members. Cost of meal $30 per attendee. Catering by Zambistro.

Program will include recognition of retiring board members and:

Martin Bruning

Martin Bruning and his wife Jenna, own and operate Gallagher Hill Trucking llc in Barre. They run 3 trucks that service farms throughout New York and the Northeast delivering feed and transporting perishable produce. They also operate The Gallagher; a barn wedding venue in Medina. They have 3 children: Aubrey (12) Sylvia (9) and Everett(8). All of Martin and Jenna’s kids are active in a number of 4-h activities as well as showing their dairy animals.

Martin is interested in serving the CCE board to continue the work of so many other volunteers who have contribute to our 4H, community events, and charitable programs. Martin is running for his first term. He appreciates the opportunity to continue the strong tradition CCE has of supporting our agricultural community. 

Paige Hungerford

Paige Hungerford is the animal science teacher at Orleans Niagara BOCES at the Medina campus. She also operates Marsh Creek Meadows Equestrian in Kent, NY. Paige and her husband Mat, have one son, Clay (2) who has a love for animals and trucks. Paige is active in the New York Association of Agriculture Educators and an FFA Advisor. Being a product of 4-H and FFA she knows the benefits that come from connecting youth, the community and agriculture. Paige is seeking election to the board for the first time.

Julianne McGrath

Julianne McGrath is an Orleans County 4H Alumni specializing in Rabbits, Horse, and Home Economics. She is a graduate of Medina High School, has a BS in psychology and sociology from Wells College and a School Counseling MS degree from Capella University. She is married to Patrick McGrath and together they have four children, ranging from ages 5 to 15, who are all actively involved in the Orleans County 4H Program. Julianne works as a School Counselor at Albion Central School. She is also an active member of The UMC of the Abundant Harvest, and the Shelby Ladies Auxiliary. She assists with the Abundant Harvest 4H club and has assisted in the Trolley Building at the fair for many years. She feels Cooperative Extension is an important resource in our community, especially the 4H program, which offers youth a wide range of experiences and opportunities.

Devon Albone

Devon Albone is the owner and operator of Albone Insulation Inc for the last 12 years. He has lived in Medina his entire life. He is active Peace officer with NYS and member of Shelby Volunteer fire company. He was on the executive board for Shelby vol. fire Co. as a trustee for 6 years and a member of Medina Area Partnership (MAP) for the last three years. He is a homeowner in Ridgeway with his wife Jennifer and two children Sophia age 12 and Meredith age 4. Sophia is a very active member in several 4-H clubs including horse, dog, cooking, poultry, and enters several art exhibits in the county fair, along with being in Junior FFA. Devon is highly motivated to contribute to the growth of CCE and 4H program.
